Pan de Espelta
One of the ancient wheats, also known as spelled, is the basis of modern wheats.
Easier to digest than common wheat, spelled is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and protein as well as fiber.
Its flavor is slightly reminiscent of walnut. Double fermented bread (24 hours), crunchy ocher-colored crust, speckled, tender and silky crumb.
Ingredients: 100% organic whole spelled flour, cultured sourdough, water and salt.
